What is ProfitMineAI?
ProfitMineAI is an AI-powered supplier list analysis platform for Amazon sellers. It takes a wholesale supplier CSV and helps you find products worth a closer look by estimating Amazon fees, margins, and ROI, and flagging potential risks. During early access, we analyze up to 500 products from your list for free and send you the results by email.
Who is ProfitMineAI designed for?
ProfitMineAI is designed for US and UK Amazon sellers who source in bulk — wholesale sellers, online arbitrage businesses, and sourcing teams that regularly review large supplier catalogs and want to spend less time checking products one by one.
What type of CSV file can I upload?
Any comma-, semicolon-, or tab-separated .csv export of a supplier's product catalog, up to the file size limit shown on the form. Helpful columns include UPC/EAN, product description, brand, case pack, and unit cost, but there's no required template. If your list is in Excel or Google Sheets, use "Save as" or "Download" and choose CSV. Excel (.xlsx) files aren't accepted directly.
What happens after I submit my supplier list?
Your file is stored privately and you'll get an email confirming we received it. We then analyze up to 500 products from your list and email you a report with estimated fees, profit, ROI, risk flags, and opportunity ratings. Reports are prepared as part of our early-access pilot, so they aren't instant. If your list has more than 500 products, we'll analyze up to 500 of them.
Is ProfitMineAI currently available?
ProfitMineAI is in early access. Today you can submit a supplier list and get a free analysis of up to 500 products by email. The self-serve dashboard shown on this page is a design concept with illustrative data and is still being developed.
Do I need an Amazon seller account?
No. You don't need to connect or share an Amazon seller account to join early access — just your email address and a supplier CSV. ProfitMineAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
How is my supplier data handled?
Uploaded files are stored in private storage that isn't publicly accessible, saved under a randomly generated name, and used to provide the early-access service you requested and to evaluate and improve the product. During early access, uploaded files are not sent to external AI services. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Will my supplier list be shared with anyone?
We don't sell your supplier list or share it with other users, suppliers, or competitors. Like most online services, we rely on a limited number of service providers (such as hosting and email delivery) that process data on our behalf to run the service; they're described in our Privacy Policy. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Is there a cost to join early access?
No. The early-access analysis of up to 500 products is free, and no credit card is required. Pricing for the full product hasn't been decided yet; we'll share details before any paid plan is introduced, and you'll never be charged without signing up for one.
When will ProfitMineAI launch?
We haven't set a public launch date yet. We're building ProfitMineAI with feedback from early-access participants and will share updates by email. If you opted in to product news, you'll hear about launch milestones as they happen.
